[Order Tracking] Why is my tracking number not working? (ENG)

There are a few reasons why the tracking number for your order is not working:

  1. The logistics partner or seller has provided the wrong tracking number 
  2. The tracking number has not been updated on the logistics partner’s tracking website yet
  3. A system error has occurred on the logistics partner’s tracking website 


⚠️ Note

• The tracking number for overseas orders will be updated after the order reaches the Philippines. Learn about checking for updates using the tracking number in the app.

• You can track your delivery by checking the in-app tracker and updates will reflect within 24-48 hours. If your order has no movement for 4 days, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team.

When this happens, you may reach out to the seller directly via Shopee Chat to track your order’s delivery status or request the right tracking number.
